The Marriage Enrichment ministry was conceived in the heart of Bishop Dr. Delford Davis, and was officially launched on the 25th February 2002. The auxiliary is one of the many driving forces behind successful marriage relationships and ultimately proves to be one of the elements to the continued growth of The Power Of Faith Ministries International.

Statistics have indicated that the institution of marriage have experienced and still experiencing serious challenges both within and outside the church; ultimately marriage will survive through the help of God and the collaborative resolve of both spouses.

The ministry’s mission is therefore to sustain, promote, enhance, encourage and celebrate marriages successfully at all level(s). We seek to minister to the whole man, with this in mind the Marriage Enrichment Ministry is alert and focuses on not just the physical but also the emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual needs.

One fact to note is that as old as the institution of marriage is, it is still a work in progress. In an effort to accomplish the best results there are scheduled monthly meetings coupled with various types of discussions and activities which addresses some of the issues and challenges marriages encounter.

The Marriage Enrichment Ministry does not act as a counselling arm of the Power Of Faith Ministries and therefore does not provide counselling for couples with marital problems, but may refer couples desiring such services to the appropriate agencies or individuals, equipping them with the necessary tools to effectively address problems if and when they occur.

The success of the Marriage Enrichment Ministry over the last the years is a testimony to the commitment of the executive in providing wholesome fulfilling social activities all designed to enrich marriages. It is our vision for the Marriage Enrichment Ministry to be developed to reflect international standards.
